Can I choose more than 3 colours?

Unfortunately not. We give you the option to choose up to three colours in most of our floral arrangements. If you choose the same colour for all three colour options, we will presume you would like different shades of that colour in the arrangement. For any custom or bespoke arrangements, please get in touch with us so we can discuss your requirements.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

If you would like to leave a personal message, please let us know so we can add it to the arrangement.   All personal messages will come attached and presented on a gift card.  

Can I order by phone?

Yes – If you would like to place an order but would like to speak personally to our florist, contact us on 07930 423506 during 9:00am – 5:00pm

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

We do not accept ‘payment on delivery’. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We cannot guarantee a time of delivery other than morning (AM) or afternoon. You are given the option to specify this during the checkout process. Please be aware timed deliveries can be requested but cannot be promised. We try our best to meet the requests of customers, but if you definitely need flowers delivering before a certain time, we recommend you order your arrangements early for guarenteed delivery. In summary AM or PM is a reasonable request that can usually be met by us, especially if the flowers are ordered locally or in advance.

Funeral deliveries take precedence and will always be delivered to time, but please once again be aware ordering funeral flowers on the day of the funeral may make this impossible.

For Major holiday events (such as Valentines Day or Mothers Day) it is impossible to specify any delivery time.

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately not.  We are a local business and only accept orders from neighbouring areas.  Click here to see where we deliver to and when. 

Do you deliver flowers direct to someone’s home?

Yes, all of our flowers are delivered personally by us. Click here for delivery information.

If you would like the flowers delivered to an alternative address as a surprise gift, please contact us and specify delivery instructions.

Do you deliver in wintertime?

Absolutely! Colourful, fresh flowers are most appreciated during our long, chilly winters.  Bunches uses many techniques to ensure flowers are protected from harsh weather elements throughout the year.  Floral deliveries and pickups from any of our locations is perfectly safe in the wintertime.

Do you do custom flower designs?

Yes, our talented florist is able to create bespoke designs within your requirements, if you require a custom design that is not featured on the website, please contact us to discuss further.

How long should my flowers last?

Because flowers are living things, they are  quite sensitive to a combination of factors along the growing, shipping,  handling, and maintenance journey.  Therefore we recommend that for arrangements which come designed into a container, immediately fill the container with water (check the water level every day), and display in a cool, draught-free area.  

Below is a guide as to how long you can expect your flowers to live for, however with great care, there’s no denying they could last longer!

3 to 5 days – Tulip, Iris, Rose, Daffodil, Freesia, Lisianthus, Anemone, Gladiolus, Delphinium, Calla Lily

4 to 6 days – Oriental Lily, Bird of Paradise, Ginger, Gerbera, Miniature Carnation, Aster, Agapanthus, Spray Rose, Sunflower, Larkspur, Dendrobium Orchid, Stock

7 Days or more – Daisies and Mums, Carnation, Statice, Cymbidium Orchid, Alstroemeria, Caspia, Liatris, Protea

My arrangement looks different to the product image. Why?

In the event the florist currently does not have stock of the flowers for the arrangement or that the flowers are out of season, the florist may substitute. The florist will be sure to create a beautiful bouquet or floral arrangement to the same value, but the florist may change flowers and include different colours, but they will be sure to match the style & design of your chosen gift.

In the event you have ordered somethign specific, like a dozen red roses for example, then you will be contacted.
