As all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns. You are, however, able to cancel your order by phone or by email 48 hours notice before your expected delivery date.

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.

Please note:

Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not available to accept the flowers upon delivery, one of the following steps will be taken:

– The flowers will be left with a neighbour – providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery – and a delivery notice will be posted to you.

– The flowers will be left in a safe place, if available, and a note will be left informing you of the location of the flowers.

– If a neighbour declines to accept and there isn’t a safe place available, the flowers will be returned to the shop and will require collection. You will either be contacted by us or a note will be left with the collection details.

We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times whilst in our possession. Delicate Daisy are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.
